Through our Community Build Installation program, it is our goal to create a safe play environment for the children of the community while providing significant cost savings in the process. Having community members help to install the playground equipment and surfacing also results in a higher level of ownership pride and generally lessens the future maintenance issues. Achieving this goal, under the expert supervision of a factory certified playground installer, is what this program is about.
Below is a list of responsibilities to help organize the Community Build Day(s) and to ensure the build runs smoothly. (PLEASE NOTE: The Build Day will commence as scheduled rain, snow or shine unless the weather creates an unsafe work environment.)
